We use the Gravograph computerised engraving system to engrave glass, crystal, metal, wood, trophies and jewellery. You can choose from hundreds of fonts and designs, or choose your own. We can also scan photographs and engrave this on any metal surface, such as a tankard or hip flask. We also offer a hand engraving service for more delicate items such as rings and pendants, and traditional seal engraving. All Rotary watches purchased from us include free engraving. Some of our most popular requests: Make a plain wedding band unique by engraving it with a Celtic design. Create a special wedding gift by engraving a crystal photo frame with the couple's name & wedding date. Commemorate a retirement with engraved whisky glasses or a hip flask.

We have our own fully equipped workshop and combine traditional techniques with state-of-the art equipment to provide you with a first-class repair service. Most repairs are carried out within a few days, but an express service is also available. We are a member of the National Association of Goldsmiths, so you can be confident that our repairs are carried out to an excellent standard.

We combine modern technologies and traditional hand-finishing to offer a cleaning service that is second to none. Using ultrasonic cleaning, deoxidizing solutions, tumble and hand polishers and rhodium plating, we will make your jewellery sparkle and look like new.

We offer a specialist valuation and appraisal service. Our charges are 1.5% of the value plus VAT, subject to a minimum charge of £30. For example, a valuation of £2,000 would incur a charge of £30 plus VAT. Our charges include the cleaning of jewellery items, a written appraisal of each item and a valuation for insurance purposes.
